Biography:
Anthony Hopkins or the full Sir Philip Anthony Hopkins, was born in Margam, nr. Port Talbot, West Glamorgan, Wales, England, December 31, 1937. Celebrities started his career as a theater through the stage, which then spread as a film actor and director said.
Acting famous for her role as Hannibal Lecter in The Silence serial OF THE LAMBS (1991) who later took herself won an Academy Award for Best Actor. Successful horror film is at once took herself playing the same characters in two different films, namely Hannibal (2001) and Red Dragon (2002).
While Hopkins was another successful film in between, his role as Lt. Col. John Frost in the movie A BRIDGE TOO FAR (1977), which manufacture is also based on a book with the same title. Then his role as Richard Nixon in the film Nixon (1995), as John Quincy Adams in Amistad and its role as Abraham Van Helsing in Bram Stoker's Dracula movies.
Of professionalism in their work, the man who once supported the film The Mask of Zorro's, won for best actress Academy Awards, Emmy Awards by THE KIDNAPPING CASE Lindbergh (1976) and The Bunker (1981), BAFTA Awards in three films each WAR INTERNATIONAL PEACE (1973), The Silence OF THE LAMBS (1991) and Shadowlands (1993). He has also won a Lifetime Achievement Golden Globe Awards.
Related to personal problems, Hopkins had been married to several women, among Petronella Barker (1967-1972), Jennifer Lynton (1973) and Stella Arroyave (2003). He also had an affair with Joyce Ingalls, but not up to the wedding.
